One Step Ahead
Young children who go to Promesas de Esperanza Childcare get the tools and support they need for their healthy development. All activities are carefully designed to adequately nurture the emotional, intellectual and physical growth of our kids. Through stimulating situations and hands-on learning opportunities, children are free to develop into bright young minds.
CHILDCARE SERVICES
Promesas de Esperanza Childcare offers care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. We offer high quality care you can trust when you are unable to be with your child.
INFANTS
TODDLERS
PRE-K
BEFORE / AFTER SCHOOL CARE
We welcome the smallest members of Promesas de Esperanza Childcare into our infant program. We help our infants to socialize, learn and meet growth milestones by encouraging play and movement in our calm, clean and secure environment where teaches spend time rocking, cuddling, talking, singing and engaging with each child.
Our toddler program for ages 12m-35m is always busy! These little ones will be supported in emotional and physical development by caring, nurturing teachers who provide close supervision while they explore and learn about their world.
Our pre-K program for 3-4 year olds is designed to boost school readiness with daily activities in math concepts, reading readiness, art, physical activity and valuable social skills. In additoin to gaining vital educational skills, our pre-K program teaches respect, self confidence, cooperation and communication skills.
Our before and after school care program offers care for children age 5-12. Children are offered a safe and secure place to explore and play when school is not in session.
PROGRAMS
Our programs are designed to meet the needs of both children and families through specific goals and objectives. We focus on building off of the strengths of each child, taking advantage of every teachable moment.
EMPOWER
Promesas de Esperanza strives to provide the highest quality of care for our children and families. In accordance with our commitment to the health and safety of the children, we have elected to participate in the EMPOWER program through the Arizona Department of Health Services.
CHILD AND ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM
Promesas de Esperanza Childcare are committed to the health of all our children. CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) supports child care facilities by making child care more affordable for many low-income families while promoting good eating habits that support a child's individual needs. Eligibility for CACFP is determined by federal standards based on family income within established geographic boundaries. Our facility will check and document eligibility for CACFP.
DES SUBSIDY PROGRAM
We are DES approved. The DES Child Care Administration offers Child Care Assistance programs for low-income families who are working, teen parents in high school or GED classes, homeless/domestic violence shelter residents and families who are unavailable or unable to care for their children due to a physical or emotional condition.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Promesas de Esperanza Childcare believes that children learn the most when they are given choices of activities that interest them. Children learn by playing. Play is a necessary and integral part of childhood. We believe that the child's parents and teachers, curriculum, materials and environment all play an important part in a child's growth and development. We strive to offer an environment that allows the children to feel safe and secure, along with promoting their social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
